Heathy Beetroot, Moong sprouts & Sweet Potato 🍠 Cutlets

Take a bowl add crushed moong, grated beetroot, sweet potato 🍠 chopped onion 🧅 & all other ingredients & spices mix it well & correct the seasoning

Make small cutlets & keep cashews halt on it
Heat nonstick pan on medium heat sprinkle some oil / ghee & put cutlets on it on low flame 🔥 after few minutes flip it & pour little oil / ghee let it cook till little crisp

Remove from pan & serve hot with minty yogurt chutney or green chutney
