5-6 servings

500 gmdosa batter
1 teaspoonchilli flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 chopped beetroot
1/4 chopped green capsicum
1/4 chopped yellow capsicum
1/4 chopped red capsicum
1 chopped onion
1/2 bunch spring onion
1/2 teaspoon ajwain
1/2 teaspoon hing

Take bowl put dosa batter add salt ajwain red chilli flakes and mix well

Chop all veggies and put in the batter

Take tawa put the batter and butter on it sides

Heat uttapam from both sides
5

Beetroot mini uttapam ready to serve
