Prepare the Egg Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, break the whole egg. Separate the whites of the three eggs and add them to the bowl.
- Whisk the whole egg and egg whites together until well combined.

Preheat the Gas Oven Tandoor:
- Place the base tray on a small-sized burner, which allows for safe cooking on high flame.
- Pour 300 ml of water inside the base tray.
- Grease the baking tray with butter or oil.
- Fit the baking tray over the base tray.
- Place the heat reflector and cover it with the lid.
- Preheat the oven on high flame for 3 minutes. - 5
Cook the Omelette:
- Pour the egg mixture into the greased baking tray.
- Cover with the lid and cook on high flame for exactly 12 minutes. - 6
