Wash and boil the bhindi in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix the chopped onion, eggs, chopped mint leaves, salt, turmeric powder, and Maggi Magic Masala. Mix well.

Add the boiled and cut bhindi and besan to the mixture and mix well—heat oil in a frying pan. Pour the mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.

Fry until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
Once done, serve hot.
