Wash and grate potatoes with skin.

In a mixing bowl add grated potatoes, chilli pieces, cumin seeds,salt and soaked sabudana.Mix together with hands.

Heat a uttapa pan add oil in the cavity and add mixture of sabudana, potato.Cover and cook.

Cook both sides till brown and crispy.

Serve hot.No need of any chutney or sauce.

This is fast recipe.Also for breakfast or tea time snacks.
