  1. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  2. 1 TablespoonDark soy sauce
  3. 1 Tablespoonwhite pepper
  4. 1 handfulspring onions
  5. 1 handfulbean sprouts
  6. 200 gchicken breast
  7. 8 pieceswhite button mushroom / brown mushroom
  8. 200 gshirataki (konjac) noodles
  9. 1 teaspoonminced garlic
  10. 1egg

    Wash and slice up the mushrooms and 200g chicken breast into bite size. chop up the spring onions.

    Put some olive oil onto the frying pan and heat up the minced garlic until fragrant. stir fry the chicken breast and put in the soy sauce.

    Add in the mushrooms and stirfry them with the chicken until the mushrooms are brown. also fry up the eggs and cut them up into pieces

    Plate them all on a dish

    Boil the shirataki noodles for around 3mins until the ideal texture. and leave them aside to cool.

  6. 6

    Using the frying pan again, put some olive oil add in more minced garlic. when fragrant add in your shirataki noodles and soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white pepper.

  7. 7

    When the noodle absorbed all the marinade, add in the ingredients you have plated up at the side and add in the spring onions with the bean sprout.

    Stirfry for another 5mins

    Plate and enjoy!
