Beetroot Yogurt Dip

Firstly make hungcurd -
Hanging curd in muslin cloth or sieve to get rid of moisture in curd. keep aside - 2
For making beetroot puree -
Wash peel and chopped beetroot in cube
Add 1/2 glass water in pressure cooker add beetroot cubes close lid and have 3-4 whistle.
When pressure release open lid let it cool then transfer to mixer grinder and grind it - 3
Now get ready with all ingredients.
Take a bowl of hungcurd add beetroot puree mix well.Now add all dry spices salt mix all well together - 4
For tempering
Heat pan add oil mustard seeds add urad dal once they cracked add curry leaves chopped green chilli give it a stir
Add it to dip and mix well. - 5
Serve with nachos chips or any party snack.
