La Viña Cheesecake in Air Fryer

Mix the cream cheese with the sugar.

Add 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour and mix.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.

Add 3/4 cup heavy cream and mix.

Dampen a sheet of parchment paper, crumple it, and use it to line a 6- to 7-inch (15–18 cm) cake pan.

Pour in the batter and trim any excess parchment paper around the edges.

Place in the air fryer and cook for 60 minutes at 300°F (150°C).
