Oregano
Garlic
Cayenne
Onion powder
Chicken masala
Barbecue sauce
Honey
Vinegar
Vegetable oil

Butterfly the chicken and pat dry

Spread garlic butter under the skin

Rub the chicken with the spices
4

Place in baking tin and cover with foil

30 minutes later, pour the sauce over chicken uncover and let cook while basting
