This is a modified version of the recipe I posted on Instagram, I want you guys to use sourdough instead of a baguette and its a slightly reduced portion.
100g Protein Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak
This is a modified version of the recipe I posted on Instagram, I want you guys to use sourdough instead of a baguette and its a slightly reduced portion.
Steps

Slice your chicken up as small/thin as possible -- similar to how you would find it in a cheesesteak.

Cover the chicken in a squirt of olive oil and add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Toss your chicken on a hot pan and cook all the way through
- 4
Slice your sourdough into two large sandwich sized pieces and brush with a bit of olive oil.

Remove the fully cooked chicken from the pan and put into a bowl
- 6
Pour 1/2 cup queso into the bowl with the chicken and mix
- 7
Take your cheesy chicken mix and place as much as possible on the sourdough. Drizzle desired amount of wing sauce on top. Close the sandwich and put back on the pan

Press down the sandwich and cook until desired toast level

Drizzle your wing sauce on top or dip the sandwich in it.

Slice and enjoy. Green onions optional.
