Soak the chole for 3 hours in hot water.
After that pressure cooker it.
Chop the tomato and onion.
Crush the chilli garlic and ginger
Keep everything ready.. - 2
Add oil and butter in a pan.
Add mustard, cumin seeds, Asafoetida, Bay leaf, cinnamon stick,cloves and curry leaves to crackle.
Then add onion and crushed chilli garlic ginger.saute well then add tomato and salt.
Saute till soft. - 3
Now add Chilli turmeric and coriander powder along with coriander and little water.cook well the spices.

Lastly,add boiled chole and kasuri methi along with enough water.
Let it boil well.
When the water is reduced,add lemon juice, mix it well then switch off the gas. - 5
Chole chana/ kabuli chana is ready.
Transfer in the bowl.
Sprinkle coriander and serve..
