Mung bean is an excellent source of protein and iron.
This is healthy and no onion no garlic recipe.
Steps

Wash and soak mung bean into enough water for 15 min.

Then drain out.
In pressure cooker add 1&1/2 cup water and green mung bean cook for 3 whistle.
Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
Strain out water.
Keep aside - 3
Get ready with all ingredients.
Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds asofoetida saute add all dry spices mix gently - 4
Immediately add boiled whole mung bean mix all well together add salt cook for 2 min.
Stir while stirring occasionally
Sprinkle chopped green coriander leaves - 5
Serve hot or warm with chapati fulka roti Puri Paratha.
