Oreo and Salted Caramel Cheesecake 🍰

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. - 2
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream, vanilla extract, caramel sauce, and sea salt until well combined

Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.

Bake the cheesecake for about 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight

Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Decorate with Oreos.
