Take 2 cups of water in a pan switch on gas add salt & ghee when water comes to boil add quinoa & cover the lid & slow the flame 🔥 after 10 minutes remove the lid & see all water evaporate & quinoa done let it cool down & stir with fork 🍴

Heat oil in a pan add 1/4 tsp jeera when it starts crackle add garlic sauté it for 1 minute add onion sauté it for 2-3 minutes

Add tomato 🍅 cook it for 2-3 minutes add all veggies & cook for 3-4 min on medium flame 🔥

Add spices mix it add 2 tbsp water & cook for 1 min

Add Cook quinoa mix it well correct the seasoning

Add chopped coriander + pomegranate + 1 lemon 🍋 juice

Mix it well & serve hot with yogurt & green chutney
