Mix the semolina, curd in a bowl, leave it to rest for 20 to 25 minutes.

Heat 1 cup of water in a sauce pan, add the maggi tastemaker powder, mix it. once the water boils, add the maggi and let it boil for 2-3 minutes, and let the noodles soak up all the water and cool it

Add rest of the ingredients into the semolina batter made earlier, it should smooth as an idly batter and add maggi in it

Heat an appe pan with 1 tsp of oil, lower the flame once heated.
Put 1 tsp of the semolina batter
Cover with lid for 2,3min. ccok the appes on low flame
Open the lid, flip all appas with the help of a spoon, cook them for another side to 2,3min.

Once the appes are cooked, serve them hot with some ketchup or chutney.
