Chop the prawns 🦐 and keep aside, beat eggs 🥚 and keep aside too, in a pan add oil when heated, add finely chopped onions, saute for 1 min, add black peppercorns and mix well, add chopped prawns 🦐 mix well and cook till half done.

Add finely chopped tomato 🍅,finely spring onions,finely chopped green chillies saute for 2 mins, add beaten eggs🥚and spread well, let it cook on low medium heat.

When the bottom has firmed up a little, then flip the egg mixture to the other side and cook for another 1 min or till the egg is fully cooked and then turn off the heat, take the omelette off the pan and transfer to the serving dish and serve hot with crisp toasted bread slices 🍞 and tomato round slices.
