In a bowl add wheat flour, rava salt and water make a dough. Equal portions from the dough, roll with rolling pin.

Heat a kadai add oil, put chapathi cook both sides till light golden in colour.

Heat a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, gram dal, onion, green chilies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, tomato, salt and water.

Add boiled potatoes cook few minutes. Potato masala ready to serve.
