*** Cooking meat *******
Take 1 kg mutton, oil and 1 tbs salt and fry it for 10-15 mins.
Then add 1 cup water and cook it for 30 more mins or untill meat it soft. - 2
** Preparing Gravy *******
As soon as meat is soft. Add 400 g tomato and cook for 8-10 mins. Then add 11 small Hari mirch and cover the lid. Cook for more 3-4 mins - 3
While cooking, remove tomatoes skins and mash it well.

*** Preparing Masala ****
Now take 1/2 tbs crushed dhania, 1/2 tbs karhai masla, 1/2 tbs black pepper, 1/2 tbs crushed red chilli powder, 1/2 tbs crushed zeera powder. Add all the spices in the pot. Broil it well (Bhunna).Then add 4 5 slices big green chilli and broil it more.
Broil for approx 5-6 mins untill it release oil. The more you broil the better the taste.
Then add 1/4 cup yogurt (50-60gm) and broil it for more 5-6 mins.

Your karhai is ready. Add ginger and garlic on top for garnishing.
