First, clean the basmati rice and soak it in clean water for 20 minutes.

Now heat water in a pan, add soaked rice, salt and oil and cook it on medium flame till 90% done. Then take this cooked rice in a bowl, drain all the water and take this rice out in a large plate and let it cool.

You can also use leftover rice to make this rice. You can also cook the rice in advance and use it a few hours later.

Now heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped garlic and finely chopped ginger and saute. Then add finely chopped onion and finely chopped french beans and saute for a while on high flame.

Now add finely chopped bell peppers, finely chopped carrots and finely chopped cabbage to this and saute on high flame. (The vegetables should not be cooked too much, just sauted till they are slightly crunchy.) Then add cooked rice to this and mix well.

Now add chings masala (no other spices or sauces are needed) and salt to this and mix well. Cook on medium flame for some time and then turn off the flame.

Now our very yummy and delicious Vegetable Sezwan Fried Rice is ready to serve. Garnish this rice with green coriander leaves and onion rings and serve.
