Take a big bowl & add maiza flour & all the spices you can see in pic

Add all veggies & mix it well ; add oil also & mix well

Now add boiling water slowly & mix with spoon don’t use your hands

When is combined then knead soft with hands & make equal size balls

Now take a ball make it round little flatten & make a hole you can see in pic

Now time for steam … grease idling stand & put all dhokala for steam about 15 min chek with knife / toothpick if it’s clear you dhokala done nicely

You can steam In chalani also see the pic posted both pics
Now heat ghee in a pan add curry leaves & sesame seeds ; sprinkle on dhakayaServe hot with ghee & boora sugar

You can add more veggies… like grated lauki+grated carrot +chopped palak + fresh chopped methi leaves also
