As I got an opportunity and today is Sunday, I decided to go for high protein rich split yellow lentils Burfi preparation. It's yummy and very tasty. My family and friends requested me to make for them. Although, today is the final day for this session.

Wash moong daal 3 to 4 times. Soak in water for 4 hours. I soaked overnight.

Decat the water and grind to a smooth paste. Heat ghee in a non-stick wide pan. First fry thin semolina ***to prevent moong dal
paste from sticking. - 3
Add moong daal paste. Roast in medium to low flame continuously. You will find the moong daal gradually dried up to small entities. Set aside

Heat 1/4 cup water and sugar. Gradually, sugar dissolves.

Mix the roasted moong daal, milk. Stir again.

Mix well the dry fruits and cardamom powder. The moon dried up to form a mass. Transfer to a ghee greased bowl and when cool down naturally chop and serve the yummy 😉 burfi of yellow split moong daal. Thanks
