Prepare the ingredients.

Place the chicken breast slices between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them with a meat mallet to tenderize.

Wash and dry the sage and rosemary leaves, then finely chop them with a knife.

Beat the egg with a pinch of salt.

In a wide container, combine the breadcrumbs with the chopped herbs, grated Parmesan, and sweet paprika to taste.

Dip the chicken breast slices first in the beaten egg, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly with your hands to ensure an even coating.

Once ready, fry the cutlets in plenty of frying oil. Transfer them to paper towels to drain excess oil.

Meanwhile, cook the French fries in the air fryer according to your air fryer's instructions. Serve the cutlets with the hot fries.
