Flax seeds are fortified with B12, copper, phosphorus, magnesium, chai seeds has high amount of B vitamins, niacin and etc, cashew nuts: vitamin B,E, zinc, copper and etc.

Dry roast rolled oats separately for 3 mins, remove and keep aside in same pan add pumpkin seeds,almonds, cashew nuts and sunflower seeds on low heat / flame, roast them for 4 mins, remove and let it cool completely. Roast flax seeds but do not burn after roasting them, take blend jar and add roasted rolled oats and grind into fine powder, remove and keep in a plate, keep aside.

When dry fruits are cool down, cut them, add roasted flax seeds, chai seeds and chopped dry fruits in grinding jar, grind to a finely powder, transfer to the plate, add cocoa powder, skimmed milk powder, powdered sugar.

Mix well, transfer the powder to an airtight container, use as required. How to use, boil the milk 🥛 separately, add 1 tbsp of protein powder per cup, on top add boiling milk 🥛, mix well with a spoon 🥄 and serve hot.

Note & tips : if you like to build up mass mixing protein powder 🌰 with 🥛 milk, maybe it will be more beneficial, but if you like to lose weight mix with water 💦, tip: if you feel that sugar is reduce due to adding milk, feel free to add more sugar to taste. Good for both kids & adults. Enjoy
