Thread the eel liver and chicken liver onto bamboo skewers. Don’t worry about making them look perfect.

Heat a dry skillet (no oil) and cook the skewers, making sure the eel liver is heated through. Finish by adding a splash of cooking sake and any leftover sauce from the yakitori can.
