Remove dirt and shells from the omena

Place a pan over the burner at medium heat and add the cooking oil. Put the cleaned omena in the pan and add salt.

Stir the omena continuously for 2 minutes the turn down the heat and continue stirring
- 4
The omena will turn to golden brown remove the omena and serve with ugali.while hot.
