Steps

Wash and slice pumpkin and water leaf.. put in different bowl..

Wash your beef (meat),fish,and cow skin and put in a clean pot.. season with Maggi, salt, pepper & onion.. heat on fire.. allow to cook for 10 min..

Pour your water leaf and pumpkin leaf in the pot.. allow to cook for 2 min.. pour your blended crayfish in the pot..

Add little salt into the pot to taste.. pour your red oil in the pot.. allow soup to cook for 2min..

Soup is ready.. your vegetable soup can be served with semovita, wheat, garri, or pounded yam
