Start by opening your can of tuna and draining the liquid using a strainer. Place the tuna in a large bowl and add the onion, mayonnaise, salt, & pepper. Mix thoroughly and set aside.

Crack 2 eggs in a bowl, add salt and mix it. Take your crackers and start smashing it while it is in the package, then remove and transfer to a bowl.

Take your bread and cut out the crumbs then flatten them by using a rolling pin. Add one tablespoon of the tuna mixture to the center of the bread and place one slice of cheese on top and fold it in half.

Using a fork, gently seal the sides by pressing the fork against it. Heat your oil in a pan. While the oil is heating up, take your bread pie and dip it in the egg, then the crackers crumb and set it aside on a large plate. Repeat the process until you have finished all of the bread pie.

Once the oil is hot, place the pies one at a time and cook in batches. Be sure to not over crowd. Strain the cooked pie and let it cool for a bit then transfer to a serving plate. Share and Enjoy.
