Crush all veggies including beetroot in a vegetable chopper.

Transfer in a mixing bowl and add curd, rava and flour.

Add spices, salt and baking soda.

Add water and mix well, make a semi thick batter.

Brush oil on a nonstick dosa tawa and pour some batter from a ladle.

Cook on medium heat, when one side done, flip it gently and cook from both sides.

Enjoy healthy and tasty beetroot rava uttapams with your favourite chutney in breakfast.
