Start by adding the butter to the pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the potatoes and cook until halfway done.

Add the corn beef and season with pepper. Saute' until both corn beef and potatoes are fully cooked. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Take your bread and remove the crust. Then using a rolling pin, flatten each bread.

Put a tablespoon of the corn beef mixture on the bread and fold it in half. Using a fork, press on the sides to seal it. Repeat the process until you have finished filling all of your bread. While you're doing this you may heat up your oil.

Add your eggs in a bowl and beat it. Take your crackers and using a rolling pin, hit it while it's in the packet until it becomes crumbs. Place it in a bowl and set aside.

Take your pie and dip it in the egg, then the crumbs and place it in the hot oil. Repeat this process until you have filled the fryer. Leave the heat on medium low so you would not burn the pies. Repeat the process until you have fried all of your bread.

Place it in a strainer and let it cool for a bit before transferring it to a serving plate. Share and Enjoy.
