Steps

Wash and soak the chickpeas in warm water for 4-5 hours.
Cut the onion, garlic and ginger.
Chop the coriander and wash it. - 2
Take a chopper,
Add soaked chickpeas,fresh coriander, onion, chilli, garlic and ginger.
Crush well.then remove the mixture in a bowl. - 3
Now add Rice flour,salt, turmeric powder, Carom seeds and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Make round balls from the mixture and keep all the balls ready.
Heat the oil.
Add balls in the hot oil and fry on medium hot oil.
Transfer in kitchen paper to absorb extra oil.
Make all falafels. - 4
Serving Time..
Place the falafel in a serving dish with tamarind Chutney.
Enjoy..
