Steps

Collect all ingredients together and bind it. You may not required water but if feel so, use more curd. Give rest for 1 hour. Roll it as shown in the picture.

Steam cook it for 25 minutes. Remove from steamer and allow it to cool. Once it is cool, cut it into pieces. Take a pan. Add oil, once oil is hot, add mustard and sesame seeds. Add spring onion and saute for some time.

Add muthiya. Mix it well and continue to cook on low flame. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
