Steps

Wash the brown rice, boil water and add the rice, cook on medium flame for 35 mins, drain and brown rice is done

Wash the chicken, add to a bowl, add egg and corn flour and mix well, add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.

In a wok heat oil and add the chicken pieces and fry on medium flame until golden, set aside

In a bowl add sesame oil, oyster sauce and dark soya sauce and mix well. Add to fried chicken

Plate the brown rice, add the fried chicken on one side, fried egg on another and some basil leaves. Enjoy 😊
