  22. 1 handfulfresh spinach
  23. 1 cupheavy cream
  24. 1 cupparmesan cheese
  25. salt and pepper to taste
  26. 4 ozmushroom (optional)

Cooking Instructions

45 min
  1. 1

First make your pasta by boiling water and adding a tablespoon of chicken powder or 1 cube bouillon. After it boils, add the pasta and let it boil for about 7 minutes for Al Dente (or use packaging instructions).

  2. 2

Marinate your shrimp by adding all the marinade spices. Add one tablespoon of butter to your pan and one tablespoon of olive oil and fully cook your shrimp. Once they are cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside.

  3. 3

Using the same pan, add the remaining butter and oil and add your onion, garlic, and tomato paste. Cook for about a minute then add your pepper flakes and Cajun seasoning and squeeze the juice of half a lemon and sauté then add the pasta water.

  4. 4

If you are using spinach, you may add this now. You can also use mushrooms or whatever vegetable you would like to use. After about a minute add your heavy cream. Taste it and add some salt and pepper if needed.

  5. 5

Add some parmesan cheese then throw in your pasta. Mix thoroughly. At this time you can add the shrimp back. Transfer to a serving plate. Share and Enjoy.
