Today I have made tasty spicy masala lachcha paratha with eggs and wheat flour . It's very easy to make. It's best goes to curd or any chutney.
Steps

Take whole wheat flour, salt, oil in a bowl add all masala ingredients, mix it well and add little water and knead to a soft dough. Cover with damp cloth, keep aside for 10 minutes.

Now divide the dough into equal portions, shape each portion into a ball, and roll it into a round disc, now spread a little ghee on top and dust some flour on it. Then roll it tightly, make cylindrical shape and again spread ghee and flour, as shown in fig.

Now again roll it into a ball and gently press and again roll round disc paratha with little flour.

Heat a tawa place the paratha, cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, drizzle ghee on both sides and cook farther for 2-3 minutes. Paratha is ready. Place the paratha on a plate and lightly crush it.

Egg Lachcha Masala Paratha is ready to serve.
