Chop all your vegetable in your desired sizes. For potatoes half's or quarters are better they cook faster.

Boil your meat and green peas before you start cooking.

Preheat your sufuria(pan) and add cooking oil. When hot add the onions and cook until soft and lightly brown.

We then add the meat it will taste better when fried before the vegetables.

Next add the chopped tomatoes, potatoes and carrots and continue to stir fry.

Then add the corjet and green pepper. Cook for a short while (2mins)

Then add the boiled green peas and continue to stir.

We add the coriander last to preserve its fresh taste then add water and let it simmer to form soup.

Serve with rice or chapati and you can add various toppings like avocado.
