  1. 1 packagesilken tofu
  2. 2large eggs
  3. 4imitation crab sticks
  4. 2green onions
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  6. Bonito soy sauce, to taste

Steps

    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Wash the green onions and slice them thinly.

    Place the silken tofu in a bowl and mash it with a fork.

    Add the eggs and salt, then mix well to form a tofu-egg mixture. Shred the imitation crab sticks and mix them in.

    Lightly coat a glass dish with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Pour the mixture into the dish. Gently tap the dish on the counter to release any air bubbles, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the microwave.

    Microwave on medium power for 5 minutes.

    Check for doneness with a bamboo skewer. If it comes out clean with no egg mixture sticking, it's fully cooked.

    Invert onto your favorite serving plate and sprinkle with green onions. Enjoy this nutritious and delicious dish with ease.

    Drizzle with bonito soy sauce to taste and serve.

    [Tip]
    *Plastic wrap and the microwave are a home cook's best friends—no need to sweat in a hot kitchen during summer.
    *You can also steam this in a pot or use an electric rice cooker instead.
