In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the rice and sauté for 5 minutes. Then add the corn.

In a blender, combine the two cups of water, onion, garlic, and chicken bouillon cube. Blend well and add to the rice. Cover the rice and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Remember to check the salt.

When it's ready, turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. You can add any vegetables you like.
