Sweet and Sour Chicken
This recipe never fails.
Steps

Cut the chicken breast into cubes or strips and season with salt and pepper.
Set up two bowls: one with the cornstarch and another with the beaten eggs (add a little water to the eggs). - 2
Coat each piece of chicken first in cornstarch, then dip in the beaten eggs.
Fry in hot oil (make sure the oil is very hot). - 3
Place the fried chicken in an oven-safe dish.

For the sauce, use:
3/4 cup sugar (about 150 grams),
1/2 cup white vinegar (about 120 ml),
2 tablespoons soy sauce, and
4 tablespoons ketchup. - 5
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a large bowl until the sugar dissolves.
Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss to coat. - 6
Transfer everything to the oven-safe dish and bake for 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
After the first 10 minutes, remove from the oven and stir the chicken.
Return to the oven until the sauce thickens. - 7
Serve with your favorite side.
