Soak the mutter overnight boil the white mutter with 2 cups of water, pieces of raw potato and salt giving 2-3 whistle on high flame and then for 15 minutes on medium flame

Heat oil in a kadai add jeera hing chopped onion and grated ginger saute till golden brown

Add tomato puree and all spices and mix well

Add the boiled mutter mix well and let it cook for 5-10 minutes add amchur powder or lemon juice

Give 2-3 whistle if required to get it mixed and cooked properly

Take plate put both the puri pour white mutter on it green chutney imli chutney chopped onion and tomato barik sev chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds

White mutter chaat is ready to serve with pav or as it is
