Ingredients

  • 1 cupcooked rice
  • 2 cupdiced cooked chicken
  • 1 cancreme of chick soup
  • 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  • 3/4 cupmayo (not miracle whip)
  • 1 tablespoonminced (dried) onion
  • 1/2 cupdiced celery
  • 3 tablespoonsmelted butter
  • 1 cupCorn flakes (Aprox.)
  • 1/2slivered almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients besides chicken and rice

  2. 2

    All chicken and rice once cooked

  3. 3

    Mix melted butter to crushed cornflakes

  4. 4

    Top with cornflakes then sliced almonds

  5. 5

    Bake at 350 (8x8 pan) for 45-60 min
