Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcooked rice
  2. 2 cupdiced cooked chicken
  3. 1 cancreme of chick soup
  4. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  5. 3/4 cupmayo (not miracle whip)
  6. 1 tablespoonminced (dried) onion
  7. 1/2 cupdiced celery
  8. 3 tablespoonsmelted butter
  9. 1 cupCorn flakes (Aprox.)
  10. 1/2slivered almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients besides chicken and rice

  2. 2

    All chicken and rice once cooked

  3. 3

    Mix melted butter to crushed cornflakes

  4. 4

    Top with cornflakes then sliced almonds

  5. 5

    Bake at 350 (8x8 pan) for 45-60 min
