Cut the pastry to the size of your waffle plate. I had 6 pieces.
In a bowl add vermicelli and pistachio butter and mix well.
Turn on the waffle maker and place 1 piece of puff pastry. Spread a tablespoon of pistachio butter mix.
Place another piece of puff pastry on top. - 2

Cook until lightly golden and flip over.
Let it cook until golden.
Remove and drizzle honey or syrup.
Sprinkle pistachios and saffron. - 4
