Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 1.5 cgf flour
  2. 2 tspbaking soda
  3. 1 Tbaking powder
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 csugar
  6. 1 calmond milk
  7. 1 tspACV
  8. 3 Tvegan butter, melted
  9. 1 tspvanilla

Cooking Instructions

    Make the "buttermilk" using almond milk and acv. Let sit 5 minutes. Add in all other ingredients. If making lemon add zest of 2-3 lemons plus a little lemon juice. If making chocolate remove 1/2 c flour for 1/2 c cocoa powder, and so on and so forth. This is a base recipe, change it up how you want. Add a streusel too!

    Scoop or pipe batter into a sprayed donut pan, I'd say maybe 4 T of batter. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes. Immediately flip pan over onto a drying rack and get the donuts out. Let cool. Add a glaze, and sprinkles if desired.
