  2. 2 NosPotato
  3. 1/4 cupPeas
  4. 1/4 cupChana dal
  5. 1Onion
  6. 1/4 CupCapsicum
  7. 1Carrot
  8. Ginger
  9. 3 NosGreen Chilli
  10. LeavesCoriander
  11. 1/2 TspTurmeric Powder
  12. 1 TspRed Chilli Powder
  13. 1 TspGaram Masala
  14. 1 TspCumin Powder
  15. 1 TspAmchur Powder
  16. 1 TspSalt
  17. Oil

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the chana dal for 1 hour
    Pressure cook dal, potato and peas together
    put them all in a bowl. Mix oats, onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, grated carrots, ginger, salt and spice powder.
    Mix them all well.

    Grease palms with some oil. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.

    Prepare them into cutlet
    Pour oil for shallow frying in a pan
    mix well...

    Heat some olive oil in a non-stick pan. Shallow-fry each patty till golden. Drain on absorbent paper...
