Steps

Take 2 tbsp poppy seeds and soak poppy seeds for 3- 4 hours before using it. Then take small jar of mixer grinder put poppy seeds along with water grind it properly. Now copy seeds are graded to make paste will not get stick to teeth or throat.

Then take two 2 tbsp ghee in a pan add 1cup Makhana and roast for 5minutes. Put Makhana in another bowl.

Then heat a pan add 3 tbsp ghee and poppy seeds paste and roast for 5 minutes then pour boiled milk mix well. Then add 5 tbsp sugar and boil milk properly.

. Then add rosted Makhana boiled for 5 minutes now our super healthy Makhana and poppy seeds kheer is ready. Then transfer to a serving bowl and decorate with chopped almond pista and 1 tsp coriander powder.Enjoy !!!
