Raw Banana and white peas curry

Pressure cook white peas. Remove the skin of Raw banana and slice it.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Saute onion, ginger, garlic and tomatoes. Afterwards Grind to a smooth paste. Keep aside.

Heat remaining oil and temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped onion, turmericpowder. Now add chopped banana saute well. In this add cooked white peas and mix it properly.

Then add the ground paste and add the powdered spices and mix well. And add 1/2 cup water. Cover and simmer on low flame till the gravy thickens.

Garnished with coriander leaves. Serve with chapattis or rice.
