Add Roughly Chopped Tomatoes, Garlic Cloves, Ginger Pieces & Soaked Cashews In A Grinder Jar.

Grind It Into A Fine Paste.

Heat The Mustard Oil In A Kadhai

Add Cumin Seeds, Red Chilies & Bay Leaves In It

Let Them Crackle For A Minute

Add Chopped Onions In It & Saute Until Light Golden Brown

Add Powdered Spices (Jeera Powder, Dhaniya Powder, Haldi Powder, Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder & Garam Masala) In It

Mix & Saute Them For A Minute On Medium Flame

Add The Prepared Paste In It & Cook Until The Oil Rises

Add Salt & Cook Further For 4-5 Minutes

Heat Some Oil In A Pan & Add The Pieces Of Paneer In It

Then Add Haldi Powder, Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder & Kasuri Methi In It

Saute Them For 4-5 Minutes On High Flame

Add Some Water & Mix It Well. Cook It For 4-5 Minutes On Medium Flame

Then Add Sauted Paneer, Chopped Coriander & Kasuri Methi In It
