Soak mung beans and string beans over night.

Heat pan then add pork belly.Stir fry until the oil will come out.

Then set aside the pork belly and sautee ginger,shallots and garlic until aromatic.

Put back pork belly and add in tomato.Cook until tomato are soft.

Drop the beans and simmer it until beans are soft.

When soft flavour it with bagoong,then simmer for another five mins.
