Fiber Rich Oats Masala Upma

Very healthy and Very good for breakfast time.
Steps

Dry roast the oats and Keep aside.
Finely chopped onion,tomato, chillies and fresh coriander.
Crush the carrot and fresh peas in the Chilli cutter. - 2
Add oil in a pan.
Add Chilli and onion and saute till translucent.
Now add chopped carrot and peas together with salt until cooked. - 3
Now add chilli and turmeric powder with little water and mix well. Then Add roasted oats and mix with masala,buttermilk and fresh coriander.
Stir continuously until Oats soak all the buttermilk and it becomes dry.
Lastly add lemon juice and mix.
Remove from the gas. - 4
Masala Oats is ready.
Now serving Time..
Transfer the Oats masala in a serving dish.
Sprinkle coriander, chopped tomatoes and besan sev.
Serve immediately.
Perfect for breakfast..
