Boil the milk and add 3parts of vinegar with 1 part water and stir till the milk curdles

Use a cheese cloth to separate the paneer and water squeeze till it’s dry and forms shape

In a plate knead the paneer till becomes soft and spreadable then add the flour, orange zest and yellow food colouring and Knead till a dough forms

Fill half a pan with water and add cardamom,sugar,orange zest,orange extract and yellow food colouring and boil till syrup forms

Make little balls from the paneer dough and add it in the syrup

Cool the balls till they float in ice water for 5 mins
