Great meal for any time of year, savory a little sweet and very filling! Takes a while to prepare however definitely worth it 😋

Add both oils to a pan and have on heat 5 (gas or electric)

Dice 1 onion, garlic, pear and slice 3 spring onion and add to the pan

Once ingredients have been added add soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder and sugar

Turn heat down to 3 (gas or electric) and cover to simmer, while simmering slice steaks into thin slices

Once the ingredients in the pan have softened put in a blender or use a pestle and morter to blend ingredients together

Taste sauce and add any extra seasoning you feel are needed and allow sauce to cool (Do no throw away oil that is in the pan you will need this later)

Once sauce has cooled pour onto the cut steak in a bowl and allow to marinate for as long as possible (over night produces best flavour)

Using the same pan that sauce was made heat the oil again and once heated fry the steak pieces intill cooked to your liking, while they are cooking start the rice ensure rice is washed.

To make broccoli side boil the broccoli until soft and drain, slice onion and spring onion into thin long bits, fry these together with soy sauce, garlic powder and black pepper

When cooking rice on a pan boil until there is little water left, turn stove off but keep on the warm stove and cover to steam

Once everything has cooked plate up and enjoy.
